1. “Karmanye Vadhikaraste, Ma Phaleshou Kada Chana” – Chapter 2, Verse 47

Translation: You have the right to work, but never to the fruit of the work.

2.“Yada Yada Hi Dharmasya, Glanir Bhavati Bharata Abhyutthanam Adharmasya, Tadatmanam Srijami Aham” – Chapter 4, Verse 7

Translation: Whenever there is a decline in righteousness, O Bharata, and a rise in unrighteousness, then I manifest myself.

3.“Dharmakshetre Kurukshetre, Samaveta Yuyutsavah Mamakah Pandavaschaiva, Kimakurvata Sanjaya” – Chapter 1, Verse 1

Translation: On the field of righteousness and duty, the Kurus and Pandavas assembled to fight. O Sanjaya, what did they do?

4.”Vasamsi Jirnani Yatha Vihaya Navani Grihnati Naroparani Tatha Sarirani Vihaya Jirnany Anyani Samyati Navani Dehi” – Chapter 2, Verse 22

Translation: Just as a person sheds worn-out garments and puts on new ones, similarly the soul discards old and useless bodies and takes on new ones.

5.“Bhagavad Gita Kinchidh Bhagavanneva Vyasyati” – Chapter 18, Verse 78

Translation: The Lord resides in every particle of the universe, and also in the heart of every living being.
