1. Satvik Dish Preparation: Participants must prepare a unique Satvik dish, adhering to the principles of Satvik cuisine, which focuses on fresh, seasonal, and vegetarian ingredients.
2. Dish Submission: Participants should bring their prepared Satvik dish with them when they arrive at the program venue and submit it upon entry.
3. Vegetarian Ingredients: All ingredients used in the dish must be vegetarian and devoid of onions, garlic, and other pungent elements, in accordance with Satvik dietary guidelines.
4. Hygiene and Presentation: Participants should ensure that their dishes are prepared in a clean and hygienic manner. Presentation should be neat and appealing.
5. Judging Criteria: Dishes will be evaluated based on taste, creativity, adherence to Satvik principles, presentation, and overall appeal.
6. Authenticity: Participants should strive to maintain the authenticity of Satvik cuisine while incorporating their unique twist or creativity into the dish.
7. Conduct: Participants must adhere to the event’s code of conduct and demonstrate respect towards fellow contestants, judges, and organizers.
